China has provided more than 120,000 government scholarships to Young Africans, and has jointly built 61 Confucius Institutes and 44 Confucius classrooms in 46 African countries. Indeed, through the Confucius Institute and studying in China, I have the opportunity to get to know China up close and see the vastness of the world and the value of multiculturalism. This is what you can expect to gain by learning and practicing. China has a 5,000-year history of civilization. More than 2,000 years ago, there emerged the glorious era of the hundred schools of thought. Great thinkers such as Lao-Tzu, Confucius and Mozi explored both the universe and the geography, and put forward extensive and profound ideological systems. Today China has many world no.1 rankings: population, foreign exchange reserves, number of Fortune 500 companies, number of production of grain, steel, ships, cars, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, mobile phones, furniture, coal, fertilizer, etc. China has 139,000 kilometers of railways in operation, including 35,000 kilometers of high-speed railways, more than the rest of the world combined, 5.1 million kilometers of roads and 155,000 kilometers of expressways.
