On December 3rd, Chinese ambassador to Morocco chang-lin li in SaBuLan attend Morocco ruban workshop "cloud celebration" and start the ceremony, the ruban workshop by tianjin college of commerce and in athar 1 institute of applied technology cooperation construction, is our country in Africa to set up of the 12th and the global 20th ruban workshop.  

On the same day,  Embassy cultural counsellor dong-yun Chen, Morocco, vocational training and employment promotion office (OFPPT), general manager of Teresa Wang Tingkai secretary of tianjin municipal committee, education work committee of coordination and the private sector, Morocco vocational training teaching department director general of aspen, cooperation, director of grace's garden, casablanca, according to Mr Sanea ShuYe district class, tianjin business vocational college President liu xin,  Gong Baoli, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Mr. Krosch, President of Ayi Assani Institute of Applied Technology and other Chinese guests attended the ceremony in Tianjin and Casablanca respectively.  

Chang-lin li ambassador in his speech said that in recent years in the two countries enhance political mutual trust, deepening economic and trade cooperation, cultural exchanges are increasingly close, the two heads of state are attaches great importance to the strategic significance of talents cultivation and fully confirmed the important value of vocational education, in the wide prospect of cooperation in the field of education and training, and promising.  As part of the eight Initiatives proposed by President Xi Jinping at the 2018 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation, Luban Workshop has played a special role in promoting China-Africa people-to-people exchanges and cooperation.  In his speech at the opening ceremony of the 8th Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC), President Xi Jinping stressed that China will continue to cooperate with African countries to set up the Luban Workshop.  The Luban Workshop project aims to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents, which accurately combines The superior resources of China with the priority needs of Moldova.  It is believed that the completion of Luban Workshop will help Moroccan youth increase employment opportunities, drive the development of Morocco's cross-border e-commerce industry, and take this opportunity to open up new growth points for bilateral cooperation in economy, trade, education and vocational training, and make new contributions to the promotion of China-Morocco strategic partnership.  

In the presence of guests, Ambassador Li Changlin and General Manager Teresa Jointly inaugurated the Ruban Workshop in Morocco.  On behalf of Tianjin Vocational College of Commerce, Ambassador Li Changlin delivered the Chinese-French bilingual international professional teaching standard to Ai-Assani 1 Institute of Applied Technology.
