On November 23, Minister Counsellor Lai Bo of the Chinese Embassy in Zambia met with Secretary General Of Zambia-China Friendship Association Mtaisa, promoting the spirit of the sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and exchanging views on china-Zambia friendly exchanges and the development of the association.
